Parastoo Shajan has been working in the IT industry since 2002. Initially, she was active in technical support and, since 2007, has specialized in IT recruitment. During her years in leadership roles at two renowned recruitment agencies, she gained valuable experience and continuously expanded her knowledge. In 2015, she took the leap into entrepreneurship and founded her own company, which was awarded the title "Best Personnel Service Provider in Switzerland" in 2021, 2022, and 2023. In 2023, she founded the brand Shajan Consulting with the sub-brand Shajan Academy.

As a passionate entrepreneur, she is driven by her vision to shape and successfully develop businesses and companies. She believes that it is not just about ideas, but mainly about implementing them.

In her career as a recruitment consultant, she has conducted over 20,000 interviews and professionally prepared countless people for job interviews. She particularly values the opportunity to help others fully realize their potential. Her expertise includes IT courses, telephone and sales training, interview coaching, as well as personal development with a particular focus on resilience and self-confidence.

In addition to her work as an entrepreneur, she is also a resilience speaker, inspiring people on stage to develop strength in challenging situations and tap into their inner resilience.

Languages are another passion of hers. She speaks six languages: German, English, French, Italian, Persian, and Turkish.

As a visionary and implementer, she looks forward to continuing to support, inspire, and create sustainable change in the lives of others. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, cooking, and pursuing her passion for writing.
